Authorised users will receive a payment authorisation request notification and upon review they can pay with a pre-configured payment option or add a new payment method – via credit card, bank account or pay by accessing third-party finance, and set the payment dates – all within the app.

Once the payment batch has been set up by your accounts payable department, authorised approvers will be notified of any pending payments via their mobile.
