- Cross Ownership Payment Between Business Entities
- Mortgage Payments / Other Debt Related Products
- Bail Bonds
- Cash at Point of Sale / Cash on Card
- Cheque Cashing / Cheque Guarantee
- Credit Restoration Services
- Gambling including Games of Skill (card absent)
- Internet Adult Digital Content
- Non-face to face Adult Content and Services
- Licensed Insolvency Practitioners
- Lottery Sales
- Marijuana Related Businesses
- Payday Lenders
- Telemarketing – Travel Related
- Dating and Escort Services
- Cyberlockers and similar remote digital file-sharing services (card absent)
- Tobacco Sales (Cross Border and Card Absent)
- Non-Face to Face (including Online and Wholesale) Pharmaceutical Merchants MCC 5122 and 5912
- High Integrity Risk Financial Trading Platforms (card absent) – MCC 6211
- Outbound Telemarketing (card absent) — MCC 5966
- Subscription “Negative Option” Merchants (card absent) – MCC 5968
- High Risk Securities Merchants
The acceptance and processing of transactions are prohibited from:
- The sale or offer of sale of a product or service other than in full compliance with law then applicable to Spenda and its Merchant.
- The sale of a product or service, including an image, which is patently offensive and lacks serious artistic value (such as, by way of example and not limitation, images of nonconsensual sexual behaviour, sexual exploitation of a minor, nonconsensual mutilation of a person or body part, and bestiality), or any other material that is deemed unacceptable to sell in connection with a Payment Scheme Rules and law.
