As a business, we like to give back to the community. We often run volunteer days near Christmas like cooking at the Ronald McDonald House. You can participate in our business volunteer days without having to use your annual leave.

Current Opportunities

We are growing our Software Development Team significantly in 2021, and are looking for an exceptional Agile Delivery Manager who has a passion for ensuring high-quality business value is delivered sooner to our customers.

As part of the Management Team, this strategic cross-divisional bridging role reports to the Chief Technology Officer, and is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day delivery of great software.

This is a full-time permanent, work from home, leadership role and we anticipate you will be degree-qualified in Computer Science, with 5+ year’s experience in leading and coaching multiple agile software delivery teams, totalling 20-30 developers. Experience in leading geographically diverse teams, in either a software house or a medium-large enterprise IT team delivering bespoke software products and services, will be highly valued.
